孕婦必備除紋霜
懷孕是一件很快樂的事，但亦有一些因素，令人對懷孕卻步，對於貪靚的女生來說，身形和膚質相信是最大的concern，我好好運，身形上沒有太大改變，來到36周，體重增加約18磅，但沒有水腫，手腳依然纖瘦。
皮膚方面，初初三個月面上出現暗粒問題，幸好之後續漸減少。不過對於孕婦另一關心的問題-妊娠紋，我開始有點擔心，妊娠紋醜陋又色素異常，出現了，就跟你一輩子，很可怕。可是胎兒愈來愈大，肚皮就愈拉愈緊，皮膚內的膠原蛋白纖維、彈性蛋白纖維受到撕裂性破壞，就會產生萎縮性疤痕，胎兒長得愈快，尤其是雙胞胎或多胞胎孕婦，妊娠紋會更容易出現。有研究顯示，大約有7至9成的孕婦於首次懷孕都會出現娠妊紋。一般生育後，黃褐色或紅褐色的妊娠紋會慢慢淡化，但多數不會回復至未懷孕前模樣。有些人會於7、8個月，甚至9月後才長出妊娠紋。現在我已9個月，慶幸肚皮仍然光滑，但是防患於未然，我每晚洗澡後都一定會塗肚紋膏，正確的使用方法，是每天塗兩次，輕輕以畫圓按摩方式塗抹於妊娠部位，特別加強肚皮外，大腿、臂部及胸部等細紋容易生成的部位。
