之前用過唔同圖案muffin紙模,但原來白色最簡單最靚~以後都買白色嚕 *3*

好過份!

跟呢個食譜整出黎既南瓜合桃muffin真係好食到癲!我打完篇blog之後,拎左比上次食過乾爭爭綠茶muffin果個朋友M食,佢都鍾意食合桃,又係話勁好味。於是我尋晚望住剩番最後果三份之一盒南瓜泥,決定黎個round 2。
今次加多左我鍾意既肉桂粉,油同糖都減少(唔想咁油咁甜),麵粉就多番D(其實係見包麵粉剩番少少倒埋落去),合桃肉由半杯加到一杯,入爐之前個面灑少DD糖。多左肉桂粉,個mixture深色左少少,但焗出黎又好似一樣。今次多左麵粉,成個mixture就大份左,焗出黎似番個爆爆地既muffin,勁滿意!上次我覺得焗完個muffin太細唔夠大呢~

今次比上次大個,而且我用番170度爐溫去焗(始終唔鍾意用太熱),有少少爆,又keep到個形好靚~
