皮膚薄而且比較乾，臉頰更容易氾紅，所以保濕方面一向要做到足。懷孕後，選用的護膚品就更加講究，例如不可以用有果酸和美白成分的產品，諸如此類。加上我的皮膚在懷孕後變得更加敏感，懷孕初期已經開始轉用一些比較天然的護膚品，例如標榜天然的法國品牌Avène，由初初只是用它的保濕cream mask，之後的噴面水和爽膚水，到現在差不多整套洗面到護膚的產品都是Avène，無可否認品牌適合偏乾或敏感性皮膚，由於貪新鮮的關係，之前間中也會滲一些其他品牌的護膚品混合使用，例如滋潤性較高的cream，或是抗皺精華等，但結果卻換來生粒粒，或者氾紅的現象。所以我都係乖乖哋，不要太花心吧！

一次過買晒可能會太多，可先試試中間的保濕cream mask和右中的爽膚水，是我的超級推介。
